Returns Policy

At www.mokacandles.com we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you wish to return a product, please read the following return policy carefully.

We accept returns within 14 days of the date you received the product. For a return to be accepted:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

• It must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Exceptions to the Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for:

• Custom orders (products made especially for you).

• Discounted or promotional products.

3. Return Process

1. Please contact us at returns@mokacandles.com stating your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide you with instructions for sending the product back to us.

3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of the return.

4. Refund

Once the return is approved, the money will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Important: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless it is our mistake or a defective product.

5. Defective or Wrong Products

If you received an incorrect or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, at no additional cost to you.
